Centreville Post 1995 Joins District 17
We’re excited to welcome Centreville Post 1995 as the newest team in District 17. The addition expands our footprint into the Centreville, Chantilly, and Westfield High School communities — bringing the district to nine teams serving 38+ high schools across Northern Virginia.
Players from those three schools now have a local Legion team to call home. Head coach Doug Millman is actively building the 2026 roster.
What the 2026 Season Looks Like
Games begin the first week of June and run through July, with the District Tournament and Virginia State Tournament pathway for qualifying teams. Each team plays a full schedule of 20–30 nine-inning games — the same format used in college baseball.
Team fees range from $150–$300 for the season, paid directly to your local post. No travel costs, no national tournament treadmill.
How to Get on a Roster
Players ages 17–19 who attend a high school in our service area can submit a Player Interest Form at any time. Your local team coach will follow up within five business days to discuss roster availability and next steps.
If you’re added to a roster, you’ll receive a personal registration link by email to complete your official paperwork — all online, no printing required.
